Better Broths Healing Tonics is a great resource for the what and how of the not so humble broth。 I enjoy how the authors unwrap complex scientific truths to make them accessible and relevant for the nutritionally conscious reader。 Packed with a wealth of information, I look forward to keeping this book as a handy reference for fresh new and reliable recipes not only for my gluten, dairy free diet but also to up the nutritional and healing quotient for my family meals。

Great book to get you started with bone broths。 There is tons of information in this book about the health benefits of bone broth。 There are also basic bone broth recipes, and the best part for me was the inclusion of so many wonderful recipes to add bone broth。 This is a great resource for people looking to improve their health with bone broth。

Love this new recipe book。 I am always looking for new recipes for a healthier life。 This is a great follow up to Younger You。 The broths are delicious and I feel so good when I follow this way of eating。 Food really does matter! Bone broth will never be boring again ! This book has a fantastic, easy walkthrough to make a variety of bone broth types and flavor profiles -- a traditional/basic, savory, and sweet (yes, even sweet with bone broth)。 Great information on herbs, spices and overall nutrition with easy to follow recipes。 Lots of modifications for different diet types。 I would have never put lavender and bone broth together - but, wow, it works ! Being newer on a healthy journey, I took some time to try the recipe Bone broth will never be boring again ! Just started working through this cookbook and i've been very pleased thus far。 I'm on an elimination diet right now and there is a lot in here that is very accessible for me while I am not consuming dairy, gluten, or soy! and this is without making any recipe adjustments! I am a very visual person and I eat with my eyes first, seeing the recipes as they should look is the first thing that draws me in。 。。。more

Love finding uses for common herbs that are easily available or simple to grow。 I’m expanding my own herb garden so I’d label this as beginner to intermediate skill wise for herbal lovers! Buying a physical copy soon to reference back to!
